My Book of Lists is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and using information responsibly. Please read below for detailed information about our privacy policy.

This website does not store personal information we collect in order to process transactions for commercial purposes. Contact information (email address, telephone number, address, etc.) from the order form is used to send your orders and information about our company to you. Your contact information is also used to get in touch with you when necessary. Financial information (credit card numbers, credit card expiration dates, billing address, etc.) that is collected is used only to bill you for products and services and not stored.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed in 10 business days or less, except during our peak holiday seasons, if all materials are in stock and we have received full payment from you.

Shipping transit time is in addition to the 10 business days for order fulfillment. When your order is complete, we will send an email to you informing you that your order has shipped, provided you have given us a valid email address.

All orders are shipped within the US using USPS Standard and Priority Mail.

Please be sure to submit a complete and accurate shipping address. Include a suite or apartment number, the business name of the location to which we are shipping, if applicable, and a zip code.

If your package cannot be delivered to the address as it appears on your order, USPS will return the shipment to us. We will contact you for the correct addressing information and resend it. Unfortunately, we will have to charge you for the additional shipping charges.

Shipping charges apply to all sample requests as well; however, they will be shipped using standard US Mail.
